IL RISTORANTE
Il ristorante, dotato di ampio terrazzo ove, a richiesta, è possibile far colazione e pranzare in estate, garantisce la scelta tra piatti tipici valdostani e cucina tradizionale italiana; i cibi sono freschi di stagione. Ampia è la scelta di formaggi e di vini, principalmente della regione e di quelle adiacenti. L’ambiente è reso caldo ed accogliente dall’abbinamento di arte povera con dettagli di design nordico. Lo Chef propone ogni giorno un menu mezza pensione con scelta tra tre primi, due secondi e frutta o formaggio o dessert. Il ristorante è aperto al pubblico – Ristorantino – con numero di posti limitato nelle salette in legno. Si organizzano cerimonie e banchetti. Adiacente al ristorante vi è una sala tv con schermo 50″ a disposizione dei bambini. All’ hotel è stato assegnato dalla Regione Valle d’Aosta il marchio SAVEURS DU VAL D’AOSTE.
THE RESTAURANT
The restaurant, with large terrace where you can have breakfast and lunch in summer, provides a choice of dishes and valdostani traditional Italian cuisine, fresh foods are in season. Wider the choice of cheeses and wines, mainly in the region and adjacent areas. The environment is warm and welcoming the combination of art with details of Nordic design. The Chef offers a daily half board menu with a choice of three starters, two seconds and fruits,cheeses or dessert. The restaurant is open to the public -Il Ristorantino-, with limited space in rooms made of wood. We also organize banquets and ceremonies.Next to the restaurant there is a TV lounge with a screen of 50″ available to childrens. To the hotel and restaurant has been recognized by the Region of Valle D’Aosta the mark of SAVEURS DU VAL D’AOSTE.
